On a personal note... 2024 adventures have included Mallorca 312 cycling event, having a go at Hyrox, returning to play grass roots cricket, running a trail between Bristol and Bath, and a few half marathons in preparation for 2025 Paris Marathon - which I'm running to raise money for Shelter.
